To see the details of a tour, simply click on the tour package you are interested in. This will take you to the tour’s dedicated page, where you can find a full description, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing.

Each tour page has a detailed “Inclusions” section that lists everything that comes with the package, such as transportation, entrance fees, and a guide. Please review this section carefully before booking.

Booking a tour with Dream Tour Cebu is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Select your tour: Choose the tour you want to book.
2. Choose your options: On the tour page, select your desired tour date from the calendar and enter the number of people joining.
3. Book the tour: Click the “Book Now” button.
4. View Cart: You will be redirected to your cart. Review your booking details to ensure everything is correct.
5. Proceed to Checkout: Click on the “Proceed Booking” button.
6. Enter your details: Fill in the required contact information.
7. Confirm Booking: Tick the check box that you agreed the terms and conditions then click “Confirm Booking” button to confirm your booking.

Yes, you can book for a group. On the tour page, simply enter the total number of participants (min: 2 pax; max: 12 pax) before adding the tour to your cart. For very large groups or special requests, please contact us directly through our “Contact Us” page or the “Chat With Us” button.

In the checkout page, you will be asked to input your name, contact number and email address before you confirm your booking,  This will allow you to easily view your booking history, manage your details, and streamline the process for future bookings.

To secure your slot, we only require a downpayment. This serves as a security deposit to ensure attendance and will be deducted from your total tour cost.

We accept payments through Bank Transfer and GCash. We do not offer online credit/debit card payments on our website at this time.

After you fill in your details and click “Confirm Booking” on the checkout page, you will be given our Bank and GCash account details. Please use your own banking or GCash app to transfer the downpayment amount to the provided account. Remember to save a screenshot or photo of your transaction receipt.

After making the transfer, you must upload the screenshot or photo of your payment receipt to confirm your booking. There is a section in the page where you can upload this after you place your booking. This step is crucial for us to verify your payment.

Your booking is not automatically confirmed after placing the order. Once you upload your proof of payment, our team will manually check our account to verify the transfer. After verification is successful, we will send you an official booking confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 business hours for this process.

The remaining balance of your tour cost is to be paid on the day of the tour. Please pay it directly to your assigned tour guide or to the driver.

If it’s not there, contact us immediately via our “Contact Us” page or the “Chat With Us” button, and have your order number ready.
